The East Austin Studio Tour has arrived! The4Alchemists will be demoing gelatin printmaking this and next Saturday night from 7-10 at 1109 Shady Lane. Come pay us a visit and make yourself a print. See samples on left, as well as a kit that we’ll be selling with needed supplies should you decide you can’t get enough (almost guaranteed)!
We’ll have work on display the entire EAST event, through Sunday the 21st. Several WPAmembers have work up, and I encourage you to swing by the space even if you can’t make the demos. There are cards for sale, magnets, art of course, but the main fun of EAST is just checking out what local artists are up to and to see their work. The Satellite building has a ton of studios so you’ll be able to see the WPA artists plus several others when you stop in.
